The Community Health Institute (CHI) is releasing a RFP for the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation-funded Multi-State Learning Collaborative Initiative (MLC-3) inviting NH organizations interested in engaging in a learning collaborative (LC). The focus of the LC is to apply performance improvement techniques to public health systems engaged in supporting tobacco cessation among pregnant women in NH. This initiative is co-sponsored by the National Network for Public Health Institutes and the NH DHHS Division of Public Health Services.
