in 1995 by JSI
Research and
Training Institute
(JSI), in partnership
with the New
Hampshire Department
of Health and
Human Services
and the Robert
Wood Johnson
Foundation, to
provide community-based
providers with
expertise and
resources to
strengthen New
Hampshire's health
care system.
The CHI works
works with health
departments,
health care providers
and organizations,
community organizations,
and foundations. |
